SERVIO HMS ensures seamless integration with locking systems. The main benefits of this integration are:
- full control of guest cards without the need for a separate connection to the lock management system;
- there is no longer any need to enter guest details separately into HMS and the castle system;
- reliable access control to guest rooms – guests who have not checked into a specific room cannot gain access;
- Monitoring reception operations – it is no longer permitted to check a guest into a room without registering them in HMS;
- the restaurant service at the hotel may, as an option, be provided upon presentation of your room key card.
Integration is possible with electronic lock systems: Vingcard, Salto, Kaba Soflok, Onity, Inhova, Tesa, BeTech, Omnitec, Hotek, Orbita, Primotec.
