How does the program work?

Step 1. You place a QR code with a link to your electronic menu in the places where guests are accommodated (tables, bungalows, sun loungers, hotel rooms, etc.).

Step 2. Guests scan the QR code and follow the link to your company's electronic menu. Choose dishes and drinks, place an order and pay for it.

Step 3. The order goes into several programs at once:

  • On waiters' mobile devices (when using the POS Mobile mobile application for waiters).
  • In the POS program, an already generated invoice with payment is entered. The waiter only has to close it and print the receipt.
  • To the kitchen printer or monitor (if you use the POS OrderMonitor program for the kitchen), where it is already starting to be prepared.

Step 4. The waiter's mobile device receives a notification from the kitchen that the order is ready. The function works when using the POS Mobile mobile application and a kitchen monitor with the POS OrderMonitor program.

Step 5. The waiter takes the order to the guest.

Integration with ordering systems

The presence of a list of stop products ensures the constant relevance of the menu - all dishes that include the stop product become unavailable and, accordingly, the guest will not be able to order the dish.
