Expert Solution was founded in 2006 with the aim of helping the hotel and restaurant business to be competitive, successful and efficient. We decided to combine the experience and knowledge of our employees and developed a set of unique hospitality business management tools.

Expert Solution was founded in 2006 to support the hotel and restaurant business in Ukraine. We created the accounting and management software SERVIO, implement it and provide service support. Our company is also the official representative of ASSA Abloy Global Solutions.

2006 year
Founding of the company Expert Solution.
2009 year
Development of the first SERVIO management tools for the hospitality industry, start of implementation of the first solutions for clients in the hotel segment.
2014 year
Expert Solution is recognized as a leading provider of the SERVIO software product for automation and optimization of the hotel and restaurant business. Opening of an office in Dnipro.
2017 year
The first implementations of SERVIO software products abroad.
2019 year
Expansion of the area of activity, opening of offices in Odessa and Lviv. Expert Solution becomes the official distributor of ASSA Abloy Global Solutions.
2020 year
Despite a year of active Covid spread, the company released 3 new software products.
2021 year
Improving service support and launching customer implementation and support programs in foreign markets.
2022 year
In the first year of a full-scale war, the company actively assists the Armed Forces of Ukraine and creates social program projects to help refugees and internally displaced persons.
2023 year
Improved service support and launched customer implementation and support programs in foreign markets. The number of customers reached 5,000+ in 15 countries around the world.
