Modern CRM systems allow you to set up various integrations with third-party programs and resources, websites, applications, etc. This allows you to collect all customer contact data from all sources into a single database.
Thanks to this integration, all contact data from SERVIO HMS will be automatically uploaded to the CRM system for all other contacts.
How does unloading work?
All sections and cells with data in HMS are mapped to sections and cells in the CRM system. Accordingly, all information goes to the appropriate section: contacts are uploaded to the “Contacts” section, company contacts to “Companies”, etc. The responsible manager is also uploaded.
When synchronizing a transaction, the corresponding guest status (booked, staying, checked out, canceled) transaction stage, amount, room category, and period of stay are indicated.
