SERVIO Check In to mark completed procedures
The SERVIO Check In mobile application allows staff to mark previously planned services as completed. It is designed specifically for sanatoriums, health complexes, SPA centers and other enterprises where medical, cosmetic or wellness procedures are performed.
The main task of the mobile application is to enable staff to mark the services provided directly at the place of their provision. After entering the appropriate mark in the application, the information is promptly transmitted to the reception in the SERVIO Planner program.
This solution solves several problems at once:
- Significantly speeds up the service process. Thanks to the fast data exchange, information about the provision of services promptly arrives at the reception. As a result, by the time the client returns to the reception after providing services, the invoice, service provision letter and other accompanying documents are already ready.
- Client identification at the reception takes place in a matter of seconds.
- The services provided are automatically debited from the client's cart.
How does this solution work?
When a client registers for a service, he is given a service code with a QR barcode or RFID identifier (in this case, a smartphone with NFC will be required). This can be a paper ticket, a plastic card or an electronic code. At the service point, the client presents this identifier to an employee who, using a mobile device, scans the code and marks the service as completed. This information is automatically transmitted to SERVIO Planner.
