SERVIO POS InfoMonitor module – serves to display the status of orders in fast food restaurants, food courts and other enterprises where orders are expected to be received. It is one of the main modules in the automation of the self-service zone. It is installed on the TV panel or information monitors in the waiting areas of visitors.
The SERVIO POS InfoMonitor program has a well-established integration with the POS Kiosk programs (installed on self-service terminals) and POS OrderMonitor (for receiving and shipping orders in the kitchen). Thanks to this, information about new orders is displayed on the monitor immediately after the order is placed by the buyer, and its status automatically changes after the chefs or bartenders make the appropriate changes (new, in the process of cooking, ready). Sound support is available.
