New requirements for the form of a fiscal check will come into effect from March 1, 2025. These changes are aimed at increasing the transparency of calculations, simplifying control, and complying with modern accounting standards.
Main changes in the fiscal check:
To improve the accuracy of fiscal data and ease of verification, new details have been introduced in checks.
- A separate requisite has been introduced for the fiscal number of the check – "CHECK No.".
- In checks when paying in cash now the rest is definitely displayed.
- The fiscal receipt will now contain a clear distinction between forms of payment:CASH, CASHLESS, OTHER (for example, payment with bonuses or certificates).
Simplifying product name rules
If there are minor errors or abbreviations in the product name that do not distort the essence of the transaction, the check will remain valid. This eliminates the risk of penalties for formal errors.
Check verification information
Fiscal checks will contain QR code, which leads to the official tax office. This will allow buyers to easily verify the authenticity of the check online.
Additional requirements for duty-free shops (Duty Free)
Such checks will necessarily reflect:
- Weight of a unit of tobacco product.
- Strength of alcoholic beverages.
- Container volume (in liters).

Current versions of the PRRO
Software RPO SERVO (version 1.4.61.0 and newer) already supports new requirements and can be used without restrictions.
For correct operation, it is recommended to update ServioPOS to versions:
- Windows – 1.8.50.0 or higher
- Android – 1.8.23 or higher
- iOS – 1.5.11 or higher
