  • in the Diya mobile application, select the document on the basis of which identification will be carried out: an e-passport of a citizen of Ukraine or an e-passport for traveling abroad;
  • click on the item “Codes for verification”, a QR code, a barcode, and 13 digits below will be displayed on the phone screen;
  • show the administrator the barcode for reading or provide the digital code;
  • after synchronization, all necessary information is automatically imported into Servio HMS.

Such integration will help:

  • reduce queues at the reception;
  • increase administrator bandwidth;
  • reduce document flow and consumables;
  • increase customer loyalty to the hotel;
  • make document transmission more reliable.

The important point for connection is:

  • the presence of a valid certificate signed by authorized certification centers for connecting to the network between Diya and the hotel;
  • the network entry point must be in the form of a domain, for example, https://diia.servio.support/ (access points are required to send data to the hotel).
