- in the Diya mobile application, select the document on the basis of which identification will be carried out: an e-passport of a citizen of Ukraine or an e-passport for traveling abroad;
- click on the item “Codes for verification”, a QR code, a barcode, and 13 digits below will be displayed on the phone screen;
- show the administrator the barcode for reading or provide the digital code;
- after synchronization, all necessary information is automatically imported into Servio HMS.

The important point for connection is:
- the presence of a valid certificate signed by authorized certification centers for connecting to the network between Diya and the hotel;
