You will be able to communicate with your guests thanks to the connected telegram bot, mail and via telephony, if the latter is integrated with the system.

We position our CRM as one that is created specifically for the hotel market. SERVIO CRM is closely linked to the HMS system and all guest service processes are integrated to achieve the most convenient interaction with customers. Other CRMs need to be customized, but you can use ours “out of the box”
