Module SERVIO pre-Checkin is an additional module of the PMS system SERVIO HMS and allows the hotel client to enter their personal data (passport, contact information) in a web form before checking in for a previously created reservation. The guest can receive a link to the web form, for example, in the booking confirmation document or via a newsletter, provided that our newsletter service is used SERVIO Notify.
This solution helps speed up the check-in procedure. After all, upon the guest's arrival, all that remains to be done at the reception is to verify the guest's personal data with the guest's document and obtain their signature on the prepared registration card.
